In order to optimize its management and production processes, as well as to be increasingly efficient and close to its clients and suppliers, Tierre Group is preparing for the transition to the ERP  SAP Business One. This significant change will enable Tierre Group to manage all business areas within a single integrated system, capable of covering and improving all business processes, from financial to procurement, sales, production, and customer care.

Therefore, we inform you that Tierre Group will suspend its activities as follows:

• Customer Order Management: From December 18th to December 29th, 2023, inclusive.

• Warehouse Closure (Goods In and Out) and Production in Castegnato for inventory and RFQ system change: From December 18th, 2023, to January 5th, 2024, inclusive.

On January 8th, 2024, all activities will resume regularly, including goods shipment, while the Sales Office will be fully operational starting from January 2nd, 2024.

We kindly ask you to take note of the above and to plan accordingly to avoid any potential issues.
