Development strategies and environmental commitment

Our growth, step by step

Since 1998, Tierre Group has built its development path by combining innovation, quality, and the ability to adapt to market changes. Over the years, the company has constantly invested in technologies, production facilities, and expertise, consolidating its presence nationally and internationally.

In 2008, the move to the new headquarters represented the first major step towards structured growth. In 2012, the Group's architecture was defined with the birth of its five corporate brands, further enhanced through a restyling in 2017 in line with the evolution of its strategic positioning.

Industrial development continued in 2018 with the inauguration of a new production site, intended to increase operational capacity and support growing market demand.

In parallel, Tierre Group has strengthened its commitment to quality and sustainability. After achieving ISO 9001 certification in 2013, in 2022 it obtained its first sustainability-oriented certification, starting an increasingly concrete journey towards the responsible management of environmental, social, and economic impacts.

In 2023, a 99 kW photovoltaic system was installed at the Cormano plant, which became fully operational in 2024, and the first Sustainability Report was produced that same year, published in 2024 to make the company's ESG goals measurable and transparent.

2024 marked a further strengthening of production capacity, with a 27% increase in staff compared to the previous year and investments aimed at the internalization of strategic processes and the optimization of production workflows.

In 2025, Tierre Group published the third edition of its Sustainability Report and completed its LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) tool, obtaining two Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) relating to 20 codes from the Tierre Fittings and NET.Fit. families. That same year, a major upgrade of the Brescia production site was carried out, with the installation of dedicated fire suppression systems on all machinery and the introduction of four new lathes, aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and process control.

Today, Tierre Group continues to invest in innovation, sustainability, and industrial growth, with the goal of creating lasting value for customers, employees, and the local area.
