Tierre Group, a reference company for fittings in the pneumatic automation, food & beverage, and telecommunications sectors, has launched an innovative training project in collaboration with the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan: a program built step-by-step by involving all employees, from managers to staff, both internal and external. The content developed in the classroom has been translated into concrete actions within the company.
