It is with great pride that we announce our inclusion in the prestigious selection of 2023 Champions companies! We have been awarded as one of the 1000 best companies in Italy following an investigation into the financial statements of Italian SMEs conducted by the ItalyPost Study Center in collaboration with Corriere della Sera.

Champions, now in its sixth national edition, is an analysis project on the best Italian SMEs with a turnover between 20 and 500 million euros. The excellence of the Champions companies, which constitute only 0.07% of active Italian joint-stock companies, is measured based on the best performance in terms of growth rate, profitability, asset consistency, financial capacity, and creditworthiness. The research also includes ethical and reputational assessments, excluding companies with public participation, controlled by foreign entities or investment funds, as well as listed companies with a foreign majority shareholder or belonging to specific ATECO activity codes.
The rigorous selection of companies is entrusted to a team of Corporate Finance experts, led by Caterina Della Torre, Project Leader of the project. For the 2023 edition, the data used were extracted from the Aida-Bureau Van Dijk and Infocamere Business Register databases, with reference to the financial statements of the last six fiscal years (2015-2021).
Among the criteria taken into account for the inclusion of our company, we can mention:
– A turnover between 20 and 120 million euros for the year 2021;
– An "Excellent" rating assigned by Modefinance;
– A compound annual growth rate (CAGR) from 2015 to 2021 equal to or greater than 5.5%;
– An average gross operating margin (EBITDA) of the last three fiscal years equal to or greater than 11.39%;
– A ratio between the variation of the 2021 EBITDA margin compared to 2020 and the average EBITDA margin of the 2020-2019 period of less than 40%;
– An average net financial position (NFP) of the last three fiscal years less than or equal to 1.5;
– A positive operating income (EBIT) in 2021 and a positive net result in 2021.
