In order to optimize its management and production processes, as well as to be increasingly high-performing and closer to its Clients and Suppliers, Tierre Group is preparing to switch its ERP to the new SAP Business One management software.
This significant change will allow Tierre Group to manage all business areas in a single integrated system, capable of covering and improving all company processes, from financial to purchasing, sales, production, and customer care (CRM).
For this reason, we would like to inform you that Tierre Group will suspend its activities as follows:
• Customer order management from December 18 to December 29, 2023, inclusive
• Warehouse closure (Shipping and Receiving of goods) and Castegnato production for inventory and RFQ system change from December 18, 2023, to January 05, 2024, inclusive
On January 08, 2024, all activities will resume regularly, including the shipment of goods, while the Sales Office will be fully operational starting from January 02, 2024.
We therefore ask you to take note of the above and to organize yourselves in good time to avoid any potential issues.
